  • Aaron and Margie were two of my parents oldest and dearest friends. They gave me my first babysitting jobs. I’ve known and loved them almost all of my life. They have been there to mark each and every milestone of my family history. They were there to hold my Dad when my Mother passed, and they were there to hold our hands when our Dad passed. Aaron is one of the sweetest men, with a huge heart…..it has been my honor to share my journey here on earth with him. I can only hope and pray that my parents are holding his hands now. My sympathy and love to Margie and his family.

  • Dear Margaret,

So sorry to hear of your loss. He lived a long, good life! Can remember those days as a small child walking up Van Buren to Miller’s. What wonderful memories I have of that store. Aaron was such an important part of the Wilmington Manor community.

Miss singing in the choir with you at Asbury!

    Love, blessings, and hugs,
    Sue

  • How can you adequately describe in a few words 2 decades of daily interactions and kindnesses that could fill volumes if properly documented. The Millers were a part of life in the New Castle area for generations and for those of us who grew up in Wilmington Manor Miller’s Market was a family connection in the community. I am reminded of a simpler time and much more personal way of doing business that is all but lost now.
My heart felt condolences to the Miller family on their loss, and a warm thank you for being a part of life in Wilmington Manor and a part of my life growing up.

  • The family of Joe and Elaine Quigley send condolences at this difficult time.

  • Aaron will be sorely missed. What a great man with such a kind, giving, and caring soul!!! Our sympathies to the family.

  • Our condolences to Mrs. Miller and her family in this time of grief. Aaron touched the lives of thousands of people in New Castle, my own included. He was a charter member of Stahl Post, therefor effecting this organization since 1950. We are grateful to him and his family for his contribution to the Joseph B Stahl Memorial Post American Legion, our country, and our community.
