Alice (Doris) M. Orlowski, age 89, of Newark, DE, passed on to be with God on Thursday, September 14, 2017.
Born in Chambersburg, PA on April 27, 1928, she was a graduate of Newark High School in Newark, DE.
Doris was a devoted wife and mother. She often babysat young children in her home. She loved to travel in the United States with her husband, Joe and had even bought him a chauffeur’s hat to wear when they were out and about. Doris loved cooking and also sharing time gardening alongside her husband. She was a longtime parishioner of Holy Angels R.C. Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph J. Orlowski. Doris is survived by 4 daughters; 10 grandchildren; and 6 great grandchildren.
Services and interment in All Saints Cemetery will be held privately.
