Barbara A. Waugh, age 76, of Millsboro, DE, passed away peacefully at her residence on Thursday, May 31, 2018.

Born in Wilmington, DE on November 30, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Ruby (Cooney) Mooney.  Barbara dedicated her life to her family as a talented and loving homemaker.

Barbara loved spending time with her family, especially their vacations in Wildwood, NJ.  She also enjoyed flower gardening.  Above all, she will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and dear friend to many.

Barbara is survived by her husband, Wallace C. Waugh; children, Raymond Waugh of Winter Park, FL and Michael Waugh of Millsboro, DE; brother, Edward Mooney of Ohio; and two grandchildren.

A visitation for family and friends will be held from 11 am until 12 noon on Friday, June 8, 2018 at Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home, 1000 N. DuPont Parkway, New Castle, DE, where a funeral service will begin at 12 noon.  Interment will follow in Gracelawn Memorial Park, 2220 N. DuPont Parkway, New Castle, DE.
