  • David and Nick,
I am so sorry to hear about your mom. You know that she meant a lot to me. I tried to keep in touch through the years, but not often enough. I feel so bad for the two of you, I know how close you both were to your mom. She will be missed.

  • Cathy, Nick and Ian: I was so sorry to read of the passing of your mother & grandmother. It sounds like she had a wonderful life and will be missed by many family members and friends. My thoughts are with all of you at this sad time. Warmly, Lynne

  • I’m really going to miss looking across the street and seeing such a beautiful strong lady wave hello with a big smile. Her independence was inspiring. Hard cookie but spoke so soft when she discussed her kids. God Bless Ms. Barbara, I know you have wings and peace. I pray your family can rejoice in your life and find peace also. Love Ann

  • Barbara will be missed dearly at the Senior Center. She was a kind and gentle lady and had many friends at the center. Thoughts are with your family at this time.

  • Dear DeNest Family, My wife and I are so sorry to hear of the death of your dear love one. We know this is a difficult time for you. We want to share something from the bible that is comforting. It is comforting to know that God never meant for our love ones to die.(Romans 5:12) (James 1:13) He has made provisions through his son Jesus to awaken them from sleep. (John 1:25) (John 5:28,29) God’s promises will soon be a reality. They give us hope and comfort knowing we will see our love ones again.(Psalms 37:10,11&29) We pray that your family find peace and comfort in God’s promises for the future.

  • I am sorry to see Aunt Barbara has passed. While I never had the chance to meet her, I did enjoy talking to her on the phone one time once I found out about her 🙂 Thinking of you with love and kindness my great aunt.
