Barbara Ann (Waugh) DeGraw

Barbara Ann (Waugh) DeGraw, age 85, of Dover, DE, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 2, 2014.
Born in Barboursville, West Virginia on August 31, 1928, Barbara was a daughter of the late Charles C. Waugh and Mildred Clay Waugh. She worked as a clerk for Seranto Grocery in Florida for 15 years, retiring in 2003.
An avid traveler, Barbara enjoyed taking trips across the country. She liked crafting and doing puzzles, bowling and dining out with friends. Barbara was a loving and devoted wife, sister and friend who adored spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harry A. DeGraw, sisters, Donna Hitchens and Cordelia Dee Bennett and brothers, Robert Waugh and Charles Waugh, Jr. Barbara is survived by her brothers, David Waugh (Sally) of Newark, DE, Wallace Waugh (Barbara) of Millsboro, DE and Dennis Waugh (Evonne) of Chicago, IL; sister, Beverly Hardy (Edward) of Pots Nets, DE; many nieces and nephews; and sister-in-law, Heidi Waugh of Clermont, FL.
A memorial service will be held at 7:30 pm on Wednesday evening, May 7, 2014, at the Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home, 1000 N. DuPont Parkway, New Castle, DE, where family and friends may visit from 6:30 pm until 7:30 pm. Interment will be private.
