I was very saddened to learn of Fletcher’s passing. I always thought that he was a very interesting person, and I enjoyed the talks we would have when I would see him outside. I will always remember him with great fondness. He was an integral part of our Fairfax community, and he will be missed. Please know that my family and I keep you in our thoughts and prayers during this time. God bless you.
