  • Dear Mrs.Brixen,,And Eric–Lisa and Karen—Oh how my heart aches for all of you —how could I ever forget the “Dane” out on the soccer field with Jimmy and Eric Tease up and down the soccer field of William Penn and all of my Brixens in the William Penn High School Symphonic Band–

The wonderful times that Jimmy shared with David —he had a great visit with Mrs. Brixen and David not to long ago over at the Penn Acres house–

  • Thanks Dad, well confirmed…. What a great halfback for our days at W. P. The “Dane” was always up on offense and speedy enough to get back on defense! Will truly miss his laugh..

  • Mrs. Brixen- I am so sad to hear of David’s passing. I’ve known him since 3rd grade when I moved to Penn Acres and graduated with him. I have so many fond memories of him, his ability to make folks laugh. His smile. And the look on his face when he would tell jokes- that very special twinkle in his eyes, I knew what ever he was about to say would send me into laughter until my stomach hurt. He was a very special person and his I will carry those memories forever. God bless you and your family at this time. May it grant you some peace to know that “your boy” touched so many people in his short time with us on earth. The angels have a new presence in Heaven- one that will make them laugh harder than they ever knew they could.
My sympathies to you and your family.
    Trish.
