  • Dear George and Savanah,
Pat, Mallory and the hearts of our family go out to you. It is difficult to understand why God tests us sometimes but, try to focus on the happier times you had together. I hope that they will bring you comfort at this time.

  • She’s gone much too soon so sorry for your loss

  • I can’t believe she’s gone. She was one of the most amazing women I’ve ever known. I feel so fortunate to have experienced our many years of friendship. Thanks to FB, we’ve stayed in touch. What I regret, however, are the many, many exchanges making plans to get together “for real”, not via phone or FB messages. That never happened. My goodness, I wish I could have seen her and hugged her! I loved her so much. Those were my last words to her on our message feed. I am so glad for that. And Jimmie, I’m looking forward to seeing you again. You were always so awesome. XOXO

  • Thoughts and prayers to all Dawn’s family and beloved friends.

  • My deepest condolences go out to you and your family. I can only imagine the pain that you must be enduring. God knows your pain also and may he help to comfort you through friends and his word the Bible. Soon death will be no more and the tears associated with death will be a thing of the past. (Isaiah 25:8)

  • There are no words that I can say to take away your pain. I can only hope that your memories will help ease your sorrow. I know that I will always remember that huge Halloween party she threw for all the kids when you all lived in Shady Valley. I know Nikki sure loved spending time at your house and loved Dawn. May you find comfort in family and friends at this time. We love you.

  • I am totally stunned of this news ! ! !

I knew Dawn since 1995 when she was my supervisor at Work (State of DE). We were very close for many years. She retired IN 2002. She lived in my neighborhood down the street, and always invited me to stop by for gatherings.. What a wonderful loving and caring woman she was; we had a lot of fun sharing time and doing things, going places etc. I will miss her greatly ! ! !……

…. My deepest sympathy to to the family husband, daughter Savanah, and Jimmie, her mother whom I met when I came with Dawn to Lewis for a beach agenda some years ago. I am planning to come to the service.

    Most sincere reaching out…………..DAVE CREW
