  • Aunt Diane….even though you were only 2 years older than me you were always AUNT Diane to me (through marriage to Albert Bell). I enjoyed our frequent phone conversations…the last one just being Jan. 8th for almost 2 hours! We sure could talk and laugh! I thank you for loving me and worrying about me even though we actually never got to meet in person. You will be greatly missed. May you rest in peace and enjoy your reunion with everyone in your family that passed before you, that you so sorely missed.

To the family, I haven’t met the majority of you but feel like I know everyone because of Diane’s phone conversations with me. I wish for you all to know that she loved you dearly. Please take comfort in that and move forward with the good memories.

  • To the family of Diane,
I am so very sorry for your loss. Diane was my childhood friend from middle school through high school. We had a lot of fun and many great times together. We both shared an interest in books and the beach. I will always remember Diane as one of the cutest and funniest friends ever. She used to call me Donna Jean and I really don’t know why? But she was hysterical. We had a great time driving Mary Joe’s mustang and hanging out with our Collins Park pals. Over the years, Diane and I went our separate ways, but I never forgot our friendship. I was very sad to see she is no longer with us. I only wish we had reconnected. Diane, may you rest in peace for all eternity.
