Frances Theresa “Teri” Hamill

Frances Theresa “Teri” Hamill, age 59, of Wilmington, DE, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 30, 2018.

Born in Wilmington, DE, on April 9, 1959, she was a daughter of the late Harry H. and Frances T. (Kovacs) Hamill. Teri worked for Getty Oil Refinery in Delaware City as an equipment operator. She will always be remembered as a kind and loving person.

In addition to her parents, Teri was preceded in death by her son, Tommy Hicks and sister, Donna Hamill. She is survived by her husband, Glynn Hicks; children, Timmy Hicks, Christa Hicks of Newark, Alexis Hicks of Newark, Jessica Hicks of Wilmington and Tessa Hicks of Wilmington; siblings, Catherine Hamill of Newark, Jacqueline Raymond of Atlanta, GA, Lorraine Smith of Lakeland, FL, Joe Hamill of New Castle and Monica Hamill of Newark; 15 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren.

All services will be held privately.
