We are sorry to hear of Frank’s passing. We were neighbors with Frank, Esther and the family when we lived in Delaware City. Our 2 sons, Brian and Keith, played with the Hetzell children. Corrine also went to school with Frank’s sisters at Middletown High. Lorraine, Mark, Bobby and the other family members, please accept our condolences and prayers.
