Gary L. MacIntosh, age 65, of Middletown, DE, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 27, 2016.

Born in Wilmington, DE on August 29, 1950, Gary was a son of the late George J. MacIntosh and Kathryn E. (Johnson) Foracker. He made his career as a residential painter.

In addition to his parents, Gary was preceded in death by his wife, Bernice and son, Jonathan. He is survived by his children, Tiesha McIntosh and Gary McIntosh; step children, Kristine and Stephen Styer; brother, George J. MacIntosh (Sonia); sisters, Virginia F. Campbell (Jim) and Christine Wilson-Crump; 5 grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at 11 am on Wednesday morning, August 3, 2016, in the Chapel of Gracelawn Memorial Park, 2220 N. DuPont Parkway, New Castle, DE, where a visitation for family and friends will be held from 10 am until 11 am. Interment will follow in the adjoining memorial park.
