George will surely be missed by all that knew him.
Pete and Jan Crisman
George and Joyce are our neighbors for 15 years, George and Pete went to Car races in Dover, Bridgeport and dirt tracks in So. Delaware. We enjoyed camping monthly with the Dual Wheelers and once a year on a week long trip. George and Pete tried to stay in shape, exercising a few days a week and trading stories. He will be missed.

What can you say about a man with a heart as big as the outdoors? A man who loved to spoil animals and grandkids? Who would give the the shirt off of his back if he thought you needed it? That was George. We thought the world of him, and the world won’t be the same without him. Be at peace, George. Condolences to Joyce, Lynn, LeeAnn, George and the extended Hoffman family. Our love and prayers are with you.

Dear Joyce while laid up after a hip replacement I started to think about friends I had while growing up. My family was large and yours was small. We were poor and you seemed to be rich. At this time there are only 2of the cannons left, me and Elaine. Our friendship was short as I remember but rather intense.I would really would like to hear back. Wouldn’t it be nice to fill in some blanks. Your old friend Chrissie
