  • Very sorry to hear of Jimmy’s passing. I hadn’t seen him or Gary, Dede, and Danny for at least 45 years: yet, there are some good childhood memories of visits to the New Castle home and family gatherings in West Grove and New London. Jimmy called and left a message for me in 2006 when my mother, Alice, passed away. I put off returning that call until it no longer seemed important. I sincerely wish I had made that call. I can still picture us all as kids.

I also recall meeting Fred once when he was a small boy. It came at a restaurant in Newark (?) when Harry brought him to a family gathering around Christmas. I think Jimmy was there, too, with Patrick.

It is my prayer that we shall all meet again one day when God’s kingdom comes and live forever in a world free of pain, sorrow, sickness and death.
