Heather L. Stamper, age 31, of Delaware City, DE passed away on Saturday, July 9, 2016.

Born in Wilmington, Delaware on November 5, 1984, Heather was the daughter of Mary L. (O’Neill) Stamper.

Heather enjoyed reading and taking long walks. She loved dolphins and her favorite flowers were pink daisies. Heather will be missed by all that knew and loved her.

Heather was preceded in death by her uncle, Bryen O’Neill. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her son, Bryen A. Falcone; grandparents, Robert and Betty O’Neill of Delaware City; aunts, Stephanie Hall (Terry) of Wilmington, DE, Hazel McCoy (Greg) of Trainer, PA; uncles, Charles O’Neill (Debbie) of Newark, DE, Ray O’Neill (Blanch) of New Castle, DE; and many cousins.

A gathering for family and friends to celebrate Heather’s life will be held from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Friday, July 29, 2016, at Dragon Run Park Building, Fifth Street, Delaware City, DE, 19706. Interment will be held privately.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Bryen Falcone Education Fund, c/o Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Homes and Crematory, 1000 N. DuPont Parkway, New Castle, DE, 19720.
