Born January 18, 1933

Hilda F. (Feliciano) Keen, age 84, of New Castle, DE, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 29, 2017.

Born on the island of Maui, in Hawaii, on January 18, 1933, Hilda was the daughter of the late Louie and Victoria (Lopes) Feliciano. She worked in Food Services at the University of Delaware, retiring after many years of dedicated employment.

In addition to her parents, Hilda was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Bobby Keen; and a son, Robert Keen. She is survived by her sons, David A. Keen, Charles Keen and Edward L. Keen, all of New Castle; siblings, Albert Feliciano, Louisa Faaifo, and Laura Domingo, all of Honolulu, HI; 4 grandchildren; and 1 great grandson.

A visitation for family and friends will be held from 10:30 am until 11:30 am on Monday morning, June 5, 2017, at the Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home, 1000 N. DuPont Parkway, New Castle, DE, where a funeral service will begin at 11:30 am. Interment will follow in the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 2465 Chesapeake City Road, Bear, DE 19701.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 399 Market Street, Ste. 102, Philadelphia, PA 19106.
