I was saddened to hear of Howard’s passing and am thinking of his family and friends at this time. I always enjoyed working with Howard over the many years he was with us at UDPD. He was the consummate professional and set the example for many of us younger officers. It was hard trying to get Howard to take a break while working! We will all miss you, Howard!
