  • Dear Dennis, Germaine, and Andrea,

I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your mother. I was your dad’s executive secretary in Dining Services at the University of Delaware, from 1981 to 1987. During that time, I had the pleasure of speaking with your mother frequently and always enjoyed our conversations. Occasionally, after your dad retired, I would see both of them out in the community, and once I stopped by their home at the beach. I know they both enjoyed their retirement there. You are all in thought and prayer.

    With deepest sympathy,

    Rose Mary Rutt
