Jean L. Hargreaves

Jean L. Hargreaves, age 85, of Elkton, MD and formerly of New Castle, DE, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at the Laurelwood Care Center.

Born in McKeesport, PA on July 15, 1929, Jean was the daughter of the late Jack Frank Fulton and Grace Vanlehn Fulton. She worked as a supervisor for Elwyn Incorporated in Wilmington, retiring after many years of dedicated service.

A devout Catholic, Jean was a 40 year member of Our Lady of Fatima Church. She was an avid collector who enjoyed hunting for unique treasures. Jean was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother who adored spending time with her beloved family. She will be dearly missed.

Jean is survived by her children, Dawn Allen of North East, MD, Thomas Hargreaves and wife Joyce of Bethany Beach, DE, Jean Cook of St. Louis, MO and Carol Manion of Rehoboth Beach, DE; 5 grandchildren; and 8 great grandchildren.

Services and interment in Gracelawn Memorial Park will be held privately.
