Jeanette Elizabeth Crossan

Jeanette Elizabeth Crossan, age 87, of Middletown, DE, passed away peacefully on Monday, November 2, 2015.
Born in New Castle, DE on June 9, 1928, Jeanette was the daughter of the late Alexander and Eleanor Tuskweth. She was a hardworking individual who worked numerous jobs until the age of 76 to support both herself and her family. A devoted wife, mother and grandmother, Jeanette adored spending time with loved ones, especially her grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James M. Crossan; son, John R. Crossan; daughter, Kathleen E. Rohrer; and granddaughter, Christina Lynn Crossan. Jeanette is survived by her children, James A. Crossan, Benita Green, Beatrice A. Harper and Michael D. Crossan; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; and 1 great great grandchild.
Services will be held privately.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Jeanette’s memory may be made to the Delaware Hospice Center, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, DE 19963.
