10 Condolences for Joan H. (Hentkowski) Harris

  • Please accept my condolences at this most difficult time.
It is very hard to cope with the loss of a love one.
Jesus opened the way for mankind to be released from
death by means of the Earthly Resurrection stated in
    the bible. John 5:28,29

  • Thoughts and prayers to the family during this sad time.

  • Joan was an active member of Delaware Singles (40+) where we enjoyed playing cards and eating steamed crabs. Like her brother, John, she was a great dancer and knew how to have fun on the dance floor. She was always available to play cards or go out to eat when I would come to Delaware, so she will really be missed. My condolences to her family.

  • I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your dear loved one. I did not know Joan personally but I understand how difficult a time like this can be. May memories of her and our Heavenly Father, who is the God of all comfort, give you the strength and comfort that you need (2 Corinthians 1:3). Our Heavenly Father understands your pain because he too has experienced the death of his beloved Son, Jesus Christ. Just as God resurrected his Son, he yearns to resurrect our lovedtie ones as well (Job 14:14,15). I hope these words give you the comfort and peace you need during this difficult time.

  • The Angel Gabriel sang Amazing Grace. The Lord came down and touched your face. He whispered soft and very low. “Come with me Joan, it’s time to go.” But you did not go alone, part of us went with you, the day God called you home. Till we meet again.

  • Please accept our sincere condolences and our appreciation for the beautiful flower arrangements.
They have been placed in common areas for our residents to enjoy.

  • A dear life-long friend of my Mom, Aunt Joan was very special to all the Seelig boys. I don’t know if it really takes a village to raise a child or not, but I know Aunt Joan was one of the great loving adults we grew up around who taught us and influenced us into the people we are today. So thank-you, Aunt Joan, may you rest in peace. Joel Michael, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
