John A. Lobozzo, age 50, of Wilmington, DE passed away on Monday, January 16, 2017.

A native Delawarean, he was born in Wilmington on November 11, 1966, and was the son of Carol (Maida) Lobozzo and the late Thomas J. Lobozzo. John was a graduate of Brandywine High School and made his career as an electrician for the past 32 years. In his leisure time, he enjoyed hunting and fishing.

John is survived by his daughter, Samantha Lobozzo of Wilmington; mother, Carol M. Lobozzo of Wilmington; brother, Thomas A. Lobozzo (Kelly) of Wilmington; and sister, Lisa Marie DelleDonne-Lobozzo of Newark.

A memorial service will be held at 2:30 pm on Wednesday, January 25, 2017, at Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home, 1000 N. DuPont Parkway, New Castle, DE. Interment will be held privately.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, First State Chapter, 100 W. 10th St., Suite 1103, Wilmington, DE 19801.
