6 Condolences for John J. Bonner

  • I have so many fond and happy memories of John and our time with Aetna. I will always remember him helping me out in a pinch when my car broke down and our son was an infant (over 30 years ago…). Rest in peace my dear, dear friend. Say hello to Hazelton for me!!

  • John Bonner will forever be remembered as a “character” in the history of Aetna Hose, Hook and Ladder Company. Although he was always a straight shooter who spoke his mind, he always spoke from the heart. He contributed to the department in any way he could, serving in a variety of positions. One of his lasting marks with Aetna was made when he became the driving force behind establishing the annual Aetna Family Picnic a number of years ago – it has been extremely popular and grown every year – thanks John for thinking of not only the members, but the families that support them. You will not be forgotten.
