Justin Kenneth Hurley, age 15, of Dover, DE passed away on Friday, October 28, 2016.

Born in Newark on October 3, 2001, he was a son of Jerry K. and Wanda L. (Peterson) Hurley. Justin was a 9th grade student at Dover High School and enjoyed trying new things.

In addition to his parents, Justin is survived by his siblings, Jerry K. Hurley, Jr. of North East, MD, Julie K. and Jessy K. Hurley both of Dover; and paternal grandparents, Ella Mae Dumire and Jerry Dean Hurley of New Castle.

A visitation for family and friends will be held on Thursday, November 3, 2016 at the Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home, 1000 N. DuPont Parkway, New Castle, DE from 10:00 am until 11:00 am followed by a funeral service at 11:00 am. Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery, 6001 Kirkwood Highway, Wilmington, DE.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made payable to Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Homes to assist the family with funeral expenses.

    I am so very sad to hear of Justin’s passing. Justin had such a kind heart and a heartwarming laugh. Everyone at Holly Hall has been talking about him for the last couple of days. Everyone has remarked that he had the best laugh. Please know that we are send our deepest sympathies.
