Kenneth V. Landis, Jr., age 64, of New Castle, DE, passed away peacefully while surrounded by his family on Wednesday, August 5, 2015.

Born in Camden, NJ on March 17, 1951, Ken was a son of Kenneth V. Landis, Sr. and Grace M. (Hoffmeister) Iezzi. He graduated from Camden County Vocational School and worked for the Delaware Bay and River Cooperation until his retirement in 2014. Ken also worked part time for Frightland in Middletown for 15 years with the Scream Team. He adored working with his co-workers and loved the fun, upbeat atmosphere there.

Ken was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth, Sr.; daughter, Georgieann Masso; and son, Kenneth III. He is survived by his wife, Elaine M. (Burckhardt) Landis; mother, Grace Iezzi; daughters, Belinda Mullins, Alicia Landis and Tiffany Landis; siblings, Karen Hasenpat (Mark), Jim Landis (Terry), Kris Prettyman and Marion Crankshaw (John); grandchildren, Eric, Scott and Ashley Mullins and Stephanie and Jacob Masso; great granddaughters, Khloe and Trinity; and many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to visit after 12 Noon on Saturday, August 15, 2015 at the family’s residence, 5 Yale Avenue, Wilmington Manor Gardens, New Castle, DE.
