Linda M. Putnam , age 66, of Wilmington, DE, passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 14, 2016.

Born in West Jefferson, North Carolina on September 27, 1949, Linda was the daughter of William Vanover and Pearl Biddle. She devoted her life to raising her family and was a talented homemaker.

Linda was an exceptionally creative and artistic individual. She enjoyed reading and playing cards in her spare time. An avid animal lover, Linda adored dogs of all kinds. She was happiest in the company of her beloved family and especially looked forward to holiday gatherings.

Linda is survived by her children, Mark E. Rossiter (Olga) of Wilmington, Matthew E. Rossiter (Jennifer) of Wilmington and Cherrie Hogan (Larry) of Bear; grandchildren, Terrell, Jocelyn, Mallory, Mylah, Mason, Victoria, Larry Jr., Samantha and Savannah; and 2 great grandchildren, Caeden and Khloe.

Services will be held privately.
