Marcia L. Pawlina

November 20, 1945 - May 30, 2015

Marcia L. Pawlina, age 69, of Newark, DE, died on Saturday, May 30, 2015 at Seasons Hospice.

She was born in Pittsburgh, PA to the late Anthony Pawlina and Pearl Pawlina. She is survived by two sisters, Judy Pawlina and Karen Johnson and was predeceased by her brother, Michael Pawlina.

A graduate of Padua Academy and the University of Delaware, she began her working career with the NSA in Maryland. Marcia returned to Delaware and worked in a Wilmington Law Firm. After completing a Master’s Degree in Library Sciences from Drexel University, she was a Reference Librarian at the University of Delaware until her retirement.

The family wishes to thank Christiana Hospital, Select Specialty Hospital and Arbors of New Castle for the kind care they provided.

Services and interment will be held privately.
