Marian F. “Lei” Denham, age 75, of Middletown, DE, passed away on Thursday, December 6, 2018.

Born in Honolulu, HI, she was a daughter of the late Angelo and Lei (O’Brien) Flocco. Marian worked as a legal secretary in the Newark and Wilmington area.

Marian was an avid gardener, cook and baker. She generously shared the abundance of her garden and kitchen with family and friends. Marian enjoyed spending time with her three grandsons who were the highlight ofher life. When she wasn’tcooking, Marian loved being outdoors tending to her flower and vegetable gardens. She loved shoppingand generously gifting to others, especially during the holidays. Marian’s smile and friendliness will be greatly missed by all.

She is survived by her husband of 54 years, William L. Denham, Jr.; children, Dawn A. Denham and Dave A. Denham; sisters, Angela K. Kokol (Charlie), Frances L. Berkowitz (Ken) and Brenda P. Flocco; and three grandsons, Colby A. and Sawyer J. Denham and Trevor F. Ewell.

All services will be held privately.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Marian’s memory to Compassionate Care Hospice, 248 E. Chestnut Hill Rd., Suite 4, Newark, DE 19713.
