To Jim, Megan, and Leigh Ann, we will always remember your Mom for being there for each of you during your years at William Penn. She was such an ardent supporter of you all and for the school. We hardly remember a time when she was not present at any kind of school event. We are so very sorry for your loss, and we will be there in spirit for you all through these difficult days. Please be sure to celebrate her life!!! She was such a great person and a great Mom. Our thoughts, prayers, and love are with you.

  • Marlene and I worked together for 20 years. I carry many memories of her from those years.
My thoughts and prayers are with her family.

  • I’m sorry for your loss and I know that God is with you doing his time. I will always have wonderful memories of you and your family living across the street from us and your mom she was one of a kind I think God for knowing her.

  • I am so sorry to hear of Marlene’s passing. She was one of my first friends we were both pre-kindergarden. My Grandparents lived in the other side of the duplex your Grandparents and
Marlene lived in. I lived in New York but visited a lot, and ended up going to kindergarten in Larksville so your Mom and I were best buddies and in the same class. There were all kinds of adventures like May day Processions, church picnics etc. to keep us busy. The last time I saw Marlene was probably around graduation and she was headed to nursing school. I would see your Grandmother Helen when I was visiting from time to time and she kept me up on where Marlene was and what was happening in her life, mostly you guys. I have lived in Colorado for 35yrs but still kept tabs thru my Dad and Uncle. My Aunt sent me the sad news. I watched the video and the 5yr old I knew and loved is still there. Have great memories of her I sure do.
    Love,
