The family would like to thank the staff of Comfort Keepers, the staff of the Heartland Hospice House, and Deacon Nancy Black and the congregation and staff of First Presbyterian Church in Newark.

3 Condolences for Mary Lou Brockenbrough

  • Mary Lou will be dearly missed I enjoyed caring for her. She was a fantastic woman.

  • Dr Brockenbrough, years ago you taught me to be a responsible engineer. More recently, as I would occasionally see you attending to Mary Lou, you were more importantly modeling what it meant to be a man and a loving husband. Thank you for that lesson, my heart & prayers go out to you at this time.

  • Tom and family, so sorry for your loss. Mary Lou was a wonderful lady. For many years she was a dedicated guide at Iron Hill Museum and I remember she had a real knack for the little kids. Thoughts and prayers to all of you.
