Mary P. (DeMoss) Bockman, age 61, of Wilmington, DE, passed away suddenly on Thursday, May 7, 2015.
A native Delawarean, Mary was born in Wilmington on August 27, 1953, and was a daughter of the late John DeMoss and Barbara (McLaughlin) DeMoss. She was a talented homemaker who adored spending time with her husband and family.
Mary is survived by her beloved husband of 42 years, Bruce A. Bockman, Sr.; children, Crystal M. Bockman, Bruce A. Bockman, Jr. and Lacey N. Bockman, all of Wilmington; brothers, John DeMoss of Newark, Paul DeMoss of Virginia and Thomas DeMoss of Wilmington; sisters, Jackie DeMoss of New Castle and Betsy DeMoss of Texas; and 3 precious grandchildren, Miya, Alexis and Isaiah.
A funeral service will be held at 11:30 am on Wednesday morning, May 13, 2015, at the Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home, 1000 N. DuPont Parkway, New Castle, DE, where a visitation for family and friends will be held from 10:30 am until 11:30 am. Interment will follow in the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 2465 Chesapeake City Road, Bear, DE.
