Michael L. Indellini, age 56, of Townsend, DE, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, July 29, 2014.
Born in Wilmington, DE on April 13, 1958, Michael was a son of Henry A. Indellini and Carol M. Taylor Indellini. He worked for 30 years at Snow Farms in Dover and was most recently employed as a warehouse associate with Amazon in Middletown.
A standout athlete in his youth, Michael played football and was one of the original members of the ice hockey team at William Penn High School. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved both hunting and ocean fishing. In his leisure time, Michael enjoyed watching sports, especially football and ice hockey. A devoted son, brother, uncle and friend, he was happiest in the company of his beloved family and will be dearly missed.
He was preceded in death by his father, Henry. Michael is survived by his mother, Carol of New Castle; sister, Rocchine I. Gardner (Alan) of Garnet Valley, PA; brothers, David Indellini of Smyrna and Steven Indellini of New Castle; and nieces, Rachel and Taylor Gardner and Leanna Indellini.
A funeral service will be held at 11 am on Wednesday morning, August 6, 2014, at the Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home, 1000 N. DuPont Parkway, New Castle, DE, where a visitation will be held from 10 am until 11 am. Interment will follow in Gracelawn Memorial Park, 2220 N. DuPont Parkway, New Castle, DE.

Mike was one of the nicest people that I have ever met and he will be missed very much. I had worked with him for almost two years and he was always smiling and was always nice to me and his friends and coworkers. We shared a lot of good laughs during those two years and will miss hanging out with him during breaks and seeing him throughout the day while at work.
