7 Condolences for Norbert Laudorn

  • Dear Birgit,
So sorry to learn of your father’s death. He was a gentle man who will be missed. You were a good daughter and made a difference in his life.
    Jane

  • Thanks, Jane! I was happy we were able to move my dad in with yours…he did so much better in that room.

  • To our beloved friend and neighbor. Norbert, we will miss you and always remember you and Don having those long over the back yard fence conferences on the best used gardening tips. While I was sent to find the elbow grease you two laughed and planned the next row of lettuce or flowers to plant. I will always remember those moments for my father really enjoyed your company. The fact that you two were successful in this endeavor is through my memories of those fantastic Beer Radishes we used to enjoy.
Vicky and Don both were blessed to have you in their lives along with your wife Lillo. I also enjoyed your company and growing up next to such a nice family was a blessing. Your smile accompanied with serious tones of advice will be missed but not forgotten friend.
May our heart felt sadness resonate through this message for if I were home I would not miss your funeral. My job has me overseas, but nevertheless I will visit your grave upon return.
Brigitte – our heart felt condolences to you and your family.
He will be missed, but I know Don and he already are planning their spring gardens.
    God bless, your friend Billy

  • Birgit,

The boys and I are so sorry for the loss of your father.

    Mike, Michael and Thomas

  • Thanks, Billy…your words touched my heart! You know besides the conversations about their gardens, they also solved all the problems in the world..lol. My dad couldn’t have asked for a better buddy, and neighbor…..and I know that after he passed, my dad missed him and those conversations!
My wish is for your to be safe over there and come home safely!! Birgit

  • To Chris, Hans and Lloyd and the extended Laudorn family, condolences on the passing of father, grandfather and great-grandfather Lsudorn. I do remember him and his love of dancing. I am sure he is dancing now.

  • Dearest Birgit I will always miss your great Mom and now your Dad. Nothing I could say will help with the void left behind with this loss. Your Dad was one good friend, neighbor and a real joy to watch him argue with my father like the 2 “Grumpy Old Men” from the movie. He was always a gentleman and good friend we will all miss him. With Love, Patrick
