Norma G. Boulden, age 88, of Newark, DE, passed away peacefully on Monday, June 22, 2015.
Born in Pennsylvania, on December 14, 1926, Norma was the daughter of the late Arthur and Verna (Fellows) Ganderton.
Mrs. Boulden retired from the Christiana School District after 20 years of dedicated service, where she was a school bus driver for mentally challenged children. Norma was an avid Bingo player and will be remembered as a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
In addition to her parents, Norma was preceded in death by her husband, Norman Boulden. She is survived by her sons; Fred R. Boulden and Glenn D. Boulden (Lisa) all of North East, MD; 4 grandchildren, Tara, Kyle, Nicole and Glenn Jr., and 7 great-grandchildren, Hallie, Phillip, Cooper, Taliah, Conner, Hunter and Carter.
A funeral service will be held at 11:30 am on Wednesday July 1, 2015 at the Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home, 121 West Park Place, Newark, DE, where a visitation for family and friends will begin at 10:30 am. Interment will follow in the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 2465 Chesapeake City Road, Bear, DE.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758517, Topeka, KS 66675.

    I just wanted to say I’m sorry to hear that your mother has passed. Your mother and my mother were good friends. My mom is MaryLou Wessel, they drove busses together and played bingo too! I remember riding your mini-bikes at your cottage back in the 70’s. God bless your your mother.
