Pamela Terese Willis, age 73, of New Castle, DE, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 13, 2017.

Born in Brooklyn, NY on August 12, 1943, Mrs. Willis was a daughter of the late George J. Zingale, Sr. and Theresa (Short) Zingale. She was a talented homemaker who devoted her life to caring for her family.

A gracious hostess, Mrs. Willis loved the holidays and looked forward to each one. She enjoyed visiting the Delaware beaches whenever she could. Above all else, she adored spending time with her children, grandchildren and best friend, Cheryl.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Willis was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Edward H. Willis; and brother, George J. Zingale, Jr. She is survived by her children, Mark E. Willis (Susan) of New Castle, Suzanne T. Kempista (Michael) of New Castle and Michele A. Miller (Michael) of Middletown; sister, Jeanne Coco (Bobby) of Wilmington; grandchildren, Alex, Kirsten, Dominic, Sophie, Zoey and Giavanna; great granddaughter, Izabella; and several nieces and nephews.

A visitation for family and friends will be held from 11 am until 12 Noon on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at the Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home, 1000 N. DuPont Parkway, New Castle, DE, where a memorial service will begin at 12 Noon. Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to the American Cancer Society, 92 Read’s Way, Suite 205, New Castle, DE 19720.
