Rebecca Slater Frasca of Port St. Lucie, FL, entered into eternal life on Sunday, October 31, 2010, at the age of 60.
She was born on March 1, 1950, in Miami, FL, and moved to Delaware in 1966. She was preceded in death by her son, Matthew West, and her parents, Jaye and William Slater. She is survived by her loving husband, Benjamin Frasca, of Port St. Lucie, FL; her daughter, Kelly West, son-in-law, Michael Brown, and granddaughter, Morgan Bailey Brown, of Dewey Beach, DE; her son, Martin West of Rehoboth Beach, DE; her brother, Richard Slater and wife, Sharyn, of Newark, DE; her brother, Ronald Slater of Mount Joy, PA; her sister-in law, Dianne Scott and husband, Charles, of Newark, DE; and her nephews and nieces, Richard, Andrew, Anthony and David Slater, Teresa Slater and Wendy Cuomo.
Becky always enjoyed gardening and decorating, was an avid reader and writer, and enjoyed the arts and music. She especially enjoyed listening to her son Martin play the guitar.
Friends and family are invited to a graveside service at 11 am on Saturday, November 13th at the Head of Christiana Cemetery, 1100 Church Rd., Newark, DE.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions in Beckys name to the Treasure Coast Hospice, 1201 SE Indian St., Stuart, FL, 34997.
