4 Condolences for Roger G. Reynolds

  • I’m very sad to learn of Mr. Reynold’s passing. I was a Boy Scout in Troop 123 in the late 70s and Mr. Reynolds was one of the adult leaders. He was very patient and nice with me as I worked on the Coin Collecting Merit Badge as a young scout, and he did a lot of the behind the scenes work for the troop. He was a great person and he made a difference in a lot of people’s lives through his service to Troop 123.

  • I worked with Roger for many years at Wilmington Trust. He was a true gentleman & friend to many.

  • We are grateful to have known Roger, both through Church and our “Kingdom Seekers” group. We enjoyed international travel with him, and will remember his warm, friendly and witful friendship and conversation. We will surely miss him!

  • I have known Roger since I was a little girl. He was my Uncle Harvey Reynolds’ brother. I saw him at several family picnics on Uncle Harvey’s farm. However, he lived only five houses from my parent’s home in St. Georges where I grew up. I was a member of the St. Georges Methodist Church where I would see Roger every Sunday. As a young girl I remember seeing Roger in his Scout uniform and thought he was a big Boy Scout until I understood he was the leader. Roger always had a smile for everyone and no one was a stranger to him.

Roger, God bless you and may you rest in peace.
