  • To the Glines family,

Shirley taught our son Robert at Newark Cooperative, and prior to that taught my nephew Joey. She was a caring, patient teacher, who stimulated the children and instilled in my son an early love of learning. He is now in college, and he still remembers her as one of his favorite teachers.
Her legacy has been the investment that she made in all the children that she taught as well as her own children that she also spoke of with such pride.
We are so sorry for your loss, she was an amazing person and it was my pleasure to have known her. I’m sorry I will not be able to make her viewing or funeral due to previous engagement, but please know that you are all in our thoughts and prayers <3
