Shirley R. McShaw, age 80, of New Castle, DE, passed peacefully on January 22, 2016 to be with her beloved husband, John McShaw.

She leaves loving memories of her to be cherished by her family: daughters, Barbara McShaw, Diane McShaw, Jackie Chudzik, Joann Hanby and Pamela Godwin; 8 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren whom she adored.

Services will be held at 12:30 pm on Tuesday afternoon, February 2, 2016 at the Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home, 1000 N. DuPont Highway, New Castle, DE, where a visitation will be held from 11:30 am until 12:30 pm. Interment will follow in the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 2465 Chesapeake City Road, Bear, DE.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Aplastic Anemia & MDS International Foundation, 100 Park Avenue, Suite 108, Rockville, MD 20850.
