Virginia Rosario Wright

Virginia Rosario Wright, age 94, of Bear, DE, passed away peacefully at home, on Sunday, December 18, 2016.
Born in Puerto Rico on March 13, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Inocencio and Primitiva (Morales) Rosario. Mrs. Wright was a talented homemaker who devoted her life to caring for her family. She loved music and dancing, keeping her home immaculately clean and cooking delicious meals for her loved ones.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, George Edward Wright; and siblings, Manuel Rosario, Agustina Rosario, and Maria V. Rosario. Mrs. Wright is survived by her daughters, Maria Torrech of Bear and Carmen M. Torrech of Puerto Rico; son, Jacinto Torrech of Puerto Rico; honorary grandson, Carlos J. Torres; 4 grandchildren; and 6 great grandchildren.
Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 11 am on Wednesday morning, December 21, 2016 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton R.C. Church, 345 Bear-Christiana Rd., Bear, DE, where a visitation for family and friends will be held from 10 am until 11 am. Interment will be held privately in Calverton National Cemetery, Calverton, NY.
