  • My prayers are with you all as you negotiate this time of great loss, I remember your father fondly and well, and only wish I could have know him better. Time will help heal but there will always be that place Walt occupied in your hearts, ultimately it will be a happy place with all the fond memories, and I’m sure that’s the way Walt would have wanted it.

  • So sorry to hear of the loss of your dear loved one. I too have experienced that deep pain of loss. So, I look for ways to comfort others. I hope that you may find comfort in Job 14:14,15, which assures us that Almighty God has not only the power, but the desire to resurrect our dear loved ones.

  • My condolences to the family and friends of Walter. Walter was the Grand Instructor that checked me out for all of my Degree Work and Lectures as I progressed through the Masonic Line of Hiram Lodge #25 in Newark, DE. I always thought a lot of Walter as he was very easy to work with. He will be dearly missed by not only the Officers and Members of St. John’s Lodge #2, but by most of the older Masonic Officer Lines in District #2, who all worked with Walter. I am sorry that I just learned about his death today, Monday, 4/14/2014, or I would have done my best to pay my respects in person, but I’m happy that I at least got the chance to pay my respects in print. I believe that I will see Walter again sometime in the future, and he is one of the individuals that I will be looking for on the other side! God Speed Walter!

  • Thank you so much for your condolence message. It was so nice to read your thoughts about our dad. He loved and had such respect for his Masonic work and we all knew what it meant in his life.

    Thank you,
    Cheryl
