Ghislaine Dorcely

Ghislaine Dorcely a pillar of strength and love. Born in Port-Au-Prince, Haiti, she brought warmth, compassion, and a steadfast faith into every aspect of her life. She balanced the roles of both mother and sometimes father, raising her family with unyielding dedication and care.

Her kindness extended far beyond her family. As a dedicated Registered Nurse and Supervisor, she was a source of support and inspiration to her coworkers. Her generosity knew no bounds, reaching her church family, her beloved brother back in Haiti, her sisters and Cousin here in America, ensuring their well-being and spreading hope wherever she could.

Through her faith, she lived by the principles of love, kindness, and service, embodying the values of Psalm 91. Her legacy lives on in the hearts of everyone who knew her.

A visitation for family and friends will be held from 9 am until 10 am on Saturday, December 21, 2024, at Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home, 1000 North DuPont Parkway, New Castle, DE, where a funeral service will begin at 10 am. Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery, 6001 Kirkwood Highway, Wilmington, DE.

The Lord is my Shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: He leadeth me beside the still waters.
