Allison F. Schafferman

April 14, 1964 - June 20, 2021

Allison F. Schafferman, age 57, of Newark, DE, passed away on Sunday, June 20, 2021.

Born in Salem, NJ on April 14, 1964, she was a daughter of the late John V. and Nina F. (DuBois) Fue, Jr. Allison worked as a property manager at Christiana Meadows Apartments for 30 years. She enjoyed cheering on her favorite Philadelphia sports teams and attending games. Allison loved going to concerts with her son and taking trips to the beach, especially Sea Isle City. Above all, she cherished spending time with her family and friends.

Allison is survived by her son, Michael Morgan (Gabby) of Newark; sister, Jennifer McBride (Jeff) of Middletown; nephew, Matthew; niece, Meghan; and cat, Lucy.

A visitation for family and friends will be held from 10 am until 11 am on Friday, June 25, 2021, at Love of Christ Church, 2157 Bear Corbitt Road, Bear, DE, where a Celebration of Life will begin at 11 am. Interment will be held privately.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Allison’s memory to Helen F. Graham Cancer Center, 4000 Nexus Drive, Suite W3-300, Wilmington, DE 19803, Attn: Office of Development, or Love of Christ Church at the address listed above.
