Barbara Ann Temple, age 60, of Newark, DE, passed away on Thursday, January 17, 2013.
Barbara was born in Wilmington on March 3, 1952. She was a kind and gentle soul. Barbara was one of God’s very special children.
Barbara is survived by her siblings, Kathie Lenhoff and husband Jack of ME, Albert “Timmy” Temple, III and wife Gloria of DE, Joanne Garbacz and husband Frank of FL, Carol Schrieber of DE, and Susan Parlier and husband John of MD; and many loving nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her loving parents, Isabel and Edward Pratte, Sr.
Special thanks to the loving staff of Park Place Group Home.
Visitation for family and friends will be held on Tuesday at 12 noon, January 22, 2013, at the Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home, 121 West Park Place, Newark, DE. The prayer service will begin at 1pm. Fr. Rob Goldsmith of St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church in Earleville, MD will officiate. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Barbara may be made to the Stockley Center, 26351 Patriots Way, Georgetown, DE 19947; or to Seasons Hospice of Delaware, 220 Continental Drive, Ste. 101, Newark, DE 19713.
