  • I am very sorry for your loss. Please accept my sincere condolences. What has helped me in times like these is Revelation 21:4 which says, “And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” If you need anyone to talk to, please feel free to email me.

  • Dear Gail, I’m sure your mother is my mother’s dear friend, Tootsie, from years ago. I am Doris Moore’s daughter (she was Doris Poore, then Christensen, then Moore), Bonnie (Christensen) Spencer and my sister is Lea. I can remember coming to your house in Wilmington area. I have thought of you all through the years, and recently was talking to a friend about family nicknames. I brought up: Tootsie, Weenie, Dick-Baby, and Poodle. I was probably only 10 years old or younger then (and 62 now). My Mom passed away in Feb., 2008, after my youngest son passed away at 22 in Sept., 2007. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this sad and difficult time.
