Carol K. Lilly, age 80, of New Castle, DE, passed away on Sunday, May 24, 2020.
Born in Wilmington, DE on Christmas Day in 1939, she was a daughter of the late William J. Knox and Cecelia H. (Bellicki) Czajkowski.
Carol made her career as a nurse’s aide, retiring from Visiting Nurses Association. A devout Catholic, she was a member of St. Peter’s and St. Anne’s Parishes. Carol enjoyed going to the beach and being with her beloved Pug, Truman.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert W. Lilly and her sister, Barbara A. Freeland. Carol is survived by her daughters, Lisa and Kathleen Lilly; and sisters, JoAnne E. Popeck, Florence C. Rose; Rose Popeck, and Wanda J. McDowell (Richard).
Services will be held privately.
