15 Condolences for Charles A. Shepherd, Jr.

  • To the Shepherd family, please accept my sincere condolences. The pain we experience when we lose someone close is unnatural. But it is comforting that our heavenly father promises to do something about it (1 Corinthians 15:26). A positive thought to reflect on is the future hope that he extends to all (John 5:28,29).

  • Ruth and boys,
There are no words that will make it “all better”.
Both George and I will miss that smile that greeted us when we came to visit. His chair may be empty, but his spirit lives on in so many things. He was a very special person to so many.
    We will miss him❤️.

  • Dear Ruth
Our sincere condolences on Charlies’ passing. He was a special member of the Ruth Street gang and one outstanding catcher on our baseball team.

A recent search of family photos showed one of Charlie, Joey Catalina, my sister Sandy, and I at age 9,
taking a refreshing dip in our “Howdy Doody” inflatable pool. What great memories. I also came across a picture of Charlie in his tuxedo at our wedding in 1965. One handsome dude.

Our best to you and your family.
