My deepest sympathies Dianna, Ed and families. Your Mom was a wonderful secretary. Always helpful and with a smile. She would boost my courage when going in to see Mr Hanke! I never once in all those many years, saw her upset or ruffled. I’m sure she will be dearly missed by her family.

Graduating from the University of Delaware would have been much harder for me without Mrs. Painter. Both her and Mr. Painter were great people to know.
My condolences to the entire family. Specially my great friend Dianna Painter McCarthy.
