Eileen V. Pullen

Eileen V. Pullen, age 85, of Wilmington, DE, passed away on Wednesday, May 4, 2022.

Born in Lower Merion Township, PA, on April 14, 1937, she was a daughter of the late John McAnulla and Tillie (Sharley) McAnulla. Eilleen was a New Castle County crossing guard in the 1970’s and a dedicated homemaker. Extremely strong in her faith, Eileen was a devout Catholic and loved attending Mass.

In addition to her parents, Eileen was preceded in death by her son, the late Howard J. Thomas. She is survived by her children, William A. Thomas (Donna), and Colleen T. Pruitt; siblings, John McAnulla and Kathleen Alkenson; grandchildren, Thomas, Shawn, Brandon, and John; and great-grandchildren, John II, and Justin.

A visitation for family and friends will be held from 10 am until 11 am on Friday, May 13, 2022, at Our Lady of Fatima Roman Catholic Church, 801 North DuPont Highway, New Castle, DE, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 11 am. Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery, 6001 Kirkwood Highway, Wilmington, DE.
