Eleanor Lois Kirby, age 78, of Wilmington, DE, passed away on Wednesday, February 19, 2020.

Born in Wilmington, DE on January 12, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Harvey T. and Dolores Biddle (Hanson) Anseaume.  Eleanor worked for the State of Delaware for 31 years as a Developmental Disabilities Program Case Manager for mentally handicapped adults, assisting the lives of many.  She enjoyed spending time with John and their visits to Lancaster.  Eleanor was a passionate animal lover.  Most important, her fondest memories were made spending time with her grandchildren.  Eleanor never missed a moment to lavish them with gifts to support all of their activities.
